Jodie - Support Coordinator
Jodie has worked in the Aged Care and Disability sector for over 10 years. Jodie has worked in home care packages and disability plan management roles, which has included coordinating supports to enable people to work towards achieving their goals
Jodie has worked with a variety of people living with a range of disabilities and understands the importance of ensure the supports that are in place are appropriate and effective to help people to reach their goals.
